We had an amazing stay at Glass Island B&B. Sharon was incredibly welcoming and gave us great local recommendations, really going out of her way to make everything perfect. The room was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was fantastic — fresh, high-quality and beautifully prepared. The whole place is stunning and the service was outstanding. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Friendly and welcoming hosts who go the extra mile. Lovely accommodation which was very clean and comfortable. Parking was more than adequate and close to the front door. Breakfast was amazing…. So many options to choose from. I enjoyed overnight oats with yogurt and fresh berries followed by smoked salmon and scrambled eggs one morning and a full Irish the next day…both exceeded expectation and set us up for the day.

We loved talking with the owners who gave us great insight into the north of Ireland! It was the best part of our stay! The room, lounge areas, breakfast and parking were all good, though we didn’t realize house is in the middle of a more suburban block. Town is cute and not far away and location of the house worked out on our way back from visiting the Causeway (which we visited late in the evening - highly recommended in summer). Sending our best wishes to the owners!

Very friendly owners. Exceptional breakfast, including gluten free options. Very comfortable. There is a guest lounge although we didnt use it. The children of Lir bedroom sleeps 3. We were two adult friends and the layout gave us each a degree of privacy. We hope to stay again and would certainly recommend this place. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic guest house in a quiet location in Ballycastle. Very well situated for the Rathlin Island ferry. The room was amazing and the bed very comfortable. The hosts are really helpful and made sure our stay was memorable. Breakfast was great and set us up for the day.

Our first time at Glass Island Boutique & it was amazing. Accommodation was a very high standard for furnishings, maintenance & cleaniness. Sharon was most welcoming & food was exceptional quality & was keen to accomodate my wife's gluten intolerance. Location was perfect for the harbour & for the local restaurants/bars. I wish I could give this place 50 stars. It’s such a cozy and amazing spot. My only regret is I stayed for one night instead of several! Thank you so much for having me. I will be having dreams of how nice the room was and how delicious the smoked salmon bagel was for breakfast.

A small bit of construction was going on that I’m sure will be complete shortly (stayed April 2025). Only real comment is the bed was described as king size but was more queen size (which could be a North America vs Europe thing).

The experience you get at this B&B makes me want to never stay at a hotel or larger facility ever again. The hostess was extremely friendly, but not intrusive (sometimes, B&B hosts can be a bit too chatty). The quality and cleanliness of the room had it's highest marks. The type of room, service, food and overall experience that I got here, I'd expect from a hotel in the price range of $350 per night.
