Beautiful property, pretty room, very friendly staff, incredible breakfast. Conveniently located! The location also means it’s in the thick of night life for college students. Emerald Isle room is right next to a busy parking lot. Ear plugs were my friend. Late night cars and loud people, early morning trucks and leaf blowers. Upstairs rooms may be quieter.

This is a delightful B&B located blocks form shopping and restaurants. The staff is friendly, the room is comfortable, and breakfast is outstanding.
