We will definitely return!
Our stay was perfect, from being picked up at the station to the care during meals and the complimentary snacks in the room. We went skiing with a 6-month-old, and everything went great. We could ride the baby car to the train station and ski at each stop.

Really enjoyable and relaxing
Super room with views over the village and mountains beyond. A good size room too with a dressing room to keep clothes and suitcases in. It was ideal for relaxing in and soaking up the views. Breakfast was fantastic and dinner on the two occasions we ate in the hotel was good as was the service. Menu a little restricted if you were to eat in every night but lots of other options in the village to go for dinner.
Maybe have a standalone shower rather than shower in the bath.

Very beautiful location, good breakfast, nice and welcoming stuff.
Some areas of the hotel feel old (e.g. showers in SPA area, or kids room- totally abandoned and doesn't feel nice to be there).

We loved our week here. Great family room. Beautiful views. Fabulous pool. Great service and breakfast.
More storage for a family staying a week and skiing. Not enough hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and no space to store toiletries. Easy to resolve with a few hooks and a free standing storage unit.
