    We stayed for 1 night in March, unfortunately the showers did not have hot water, may kids took cold showers. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. There were slippers and towels. No tea bags and water were provided. They let us use the steam room and sauna room for free. It was great! (this was one of the reason I chose this hotel) My husband tried the massage and he said it’s very professional. Breakfast was fine.

    I stayed at Melissa Hotel for 3 nights and it was great: location in the very city center, you just need to go down for the main street, shops and restaurants. There's a Muhtar supermarket nearby. Room cleaning is done on daily basis, there is also complimentary water in the fridge. Hotel team is professional, welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel for solo travellers or groups of friends travelling together who want to be in a convenient location.
