We really enjoyed our stay here. Nice and central and very nice inside/outside. The HB vouchers gave us flexibility to choose how we wanted to use them, be it an afternoon or evening.

Love the hotel, chilled out music playing during the day, pool area does get busy at weekends but not oppressive.
Really great food in the restaurant here, definitely recommend going half board.
Hersonissis for me isn’t somewhere I would visit again, I don’t like the vibe in the strip. However, Koutouloufari is a ten minute walk from this hotel and is wonderful.
The staff at the hotel are really very nice, Erika in particular is a great host and an asset to this hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel. It is in a very busy, touristy area, but the hotel itself is serene and beautiful. We had an awesome stay. We loved the spa, and there was a waitress (she’s the one most often working the bar, she has long brown hair and braves) who is SO sweet. She made our whole trip with her attentiveness and kindness. We would be back if we went back to Crete.

Great! Super friendly staff and the shower that’s bookable after you check out (so beach day is doable if you have a late flight!) was such a bonus.
