    At first, I was given a room that was different from the one I originally booked (my reserved room had a city-view window), as the hotel was fully booked. However, on the second day, they kindly moved me to the room I had originally requested. The breakfast was complete and satisfying, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a truly authentic atmosphere. The location was also very convenient—close to the old town and within walking distance. Booking a taxi through the hotel was also very easy.

    Güzel, temiz bir otel. Yeri de güzel; Safranbolu tarihi merkezinde. Personel nazik, hoş insanlar. Tekrar giderim, gitmeyene de tavsiye ederim. Lakin -özellikle banyoda- bazı eksikler de vardı: İki kişilik yatak biraz eskimişti galiba, fazla yumuşaktı. Sabah saatinde -belki yoğun kullanımdan- su yeterince sıcak değildi. Duşta üşüdüm. Telefon duşu takacak bir yer yoktu, hep elde tutmak zorundaydım. Duştaki sabunluk çalışmıyordu. Birkaç ufak yatırım, müşteri konforunu artıracaktır.

    konumu iyi, otopark sıkıntısı yok. Odalar da nispeten iyi. Yalnız bebekler için mama sandalyesi yok. çoçuğum da yemek yerken haliyle sandalyeden düştü. Düşerken sebilin üstündeki damacana kırıldı. Eşim damacanın ücretini ödedi. Bizim için önemli değil ama işletici olarak bunun parasını almaları gerçekten hoş değildi. Çoçuğum bilerek kırmadı sonuçta, onu da geçtim mama sandalyesi olsaydı çoçuğum da düşmezdi böyle bir durumda yaşanmazdı. Hem çoçuğum korktu hem de düşüncü bir yerine bi şey olabilirdi. Bi de üstüne para ödememiz gerçekten inanılmazdı. Onun dışında kahvaltısı ortalamaydı.
