Parking - all on street at any of the meters. There is plenty of parking! There are also several parking garages throughout OTR that you are able to park in long term.
Due to a growing number of tenant complaints in our building, we are restricting parties moving forward for this Airbnb unit. Please only allow the number of guest noted on your reservation in the unit at any time. If reported by tenants in the building that there are more than the number of people noted on the reservation/a party occuring, then we will unfortunately be forced to charge a $500 fine. Thanks!
Parking is all on street. There are several meters outside that you can pay or there are several long term garages (Washington Park Garage + Mercer Garage). Please note that parking hours change on a daily basis, so be mindful of the times! If you download Cincy EZ Park, you can pay via phone and keep track of your meters!

**Please do not unplug/disconnect any internet routers or boxes without first contacting us! Our unit security requires an active internet signal at all times. Unplugging any router/box without host approval result in an additional fee. The unit will also be subject to host entry to remedy the issue at our discretion.**
Check out - we have directions on the back of the front door. All we ask is that you put all the towels in the washer, fill with laundry soup and start. Put all dishes in the dishwasher and put a packet in and start. And then just drop the key back in the lockbox outside!

The condo had plenty of space for our group of 3, and still felt cozy! The property was clean and the beds were nice. We didn’t utilize the Connector streetcar, but it would be easy to use with it running just outside the building. We walked to Findlay Market, Rhinegeist, and other businesses in the area. Overall, we had a great, quick, one night stay!

The apartment was clean and thoughtfully prepared with clean towels in the bedrooms. The location was perfectly centered - steps east to the MLS stadium- steps south to Washington park and steps north to Findlay market. Our family spent the evenings and breaks in the living rooms as they were perfectly laid out for chatting it up!
It’s a 4 star but only b/c there is an abandoned building next door with some questionable characters constantly walking around. Be warned also, if you can’t manage steps this has 4 flights and they are narrow and so loud.
Overall it was beautifully renovated comfortable, clean, safe space with excellent proximity, plus the communication/directions with Drew was easy. We will 100% be back again!
