Welcome to Casa Melrose Place, proudly managed by North American Standards (Nasplaya). This house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This condominium is equipped with completely new furniture and capacity for 6 guests, has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a bar, dining room, washer, dryer, TV, and air conditioning in all its rooms. Enjoy sitting on your balcony with views of the pool, palapa, and common areas.
The main bedroom has a King bed, air conditioning, private bathroom, closet, TV, and a desk with chair, ideal for working from home. The first guest room has two double beds, air conditioning, and closet. The second guest room has two double beds, air conditioning, and closet. Also, the place has high-speed internet.
Melrose Place House is located in Los Lirios condominiums, a subdivision of Playacar phase II. A very safe community with surveillance and security booths for easy access from the highway or from the center of Playa. This subdivision has the only Golf championship in Playa del Carmen, tennis courts, stores, an aviary and long walking paths. It is a short walk from the Hard Rock golf course, as well as several restaurants, convenience stores and a supermarket.
MONTHLY PRICE:
- Long-term rentals: More electricity. (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)
- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.
Early Entry / Late Exit:
- In case of requiring early entry or late exit, these have an additional cost.
