Traveling with children? We have a safety fence we can setup around the pool so you can have some peace of mind while the kids play outside. There is also a pack'n play, a highchair, and children dinnerware.
Pet friendly - only dogs under 50lbs allowed. $200 non-refundable pet fee per pet.
Parking only allowed on driveway. No street parking per city ordinances.
Quiet Hours: 10PM - 8AM - Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay. We use noise monitoring equipment, a privacy compliant device that measures volume levels in the dining area and the back yard to report excessive nuisance noise. To reassure your privacy there are no device inside the house that could listen or record any words, noises or activities.
Pool Heating Schedule: Please note that the pool is heated from November through the end of May and will be turned off during the summer.
