A5 King Suite, Ocean Front Gorgeous Villa
The space
The beauty of the sea beckons you so close you can almost touch it. Watch the ocean crash against the rocks below, the backside of the waves on Zicatela and the birds flying in front of you as you sit in your private dipping pool on the deck of one of the best condos in Puerto Escondido. Please note as of July 1, 2023 the construction behind our building continues but the main building is finished. Work continues inside the new building We need to walk through the construction area outside only. Otherwise, it doesn't disturb us.
The villa has 3 bedrooms and is very large and open with an airy, breeze feeling. The kitchen, dining and living room are in one, open concept area that extend to the private dipping pool and ocean-overlooking terrace.
You'll have access to the entire house.
La Escondida has 24 hour security on site at all times if you have any questions or emergencies.
We are in a quiet, residential part of Puerto Escondido. Walking distance to Manzanillo Beach and The Mirador. Puerto is a lovely little Mexican town uncorrupted by mega hotels or resorts.
You can rent a car (you MUST have Mexican insurance if you choose to rent a car), take a taxi anywhere in town (usually 30-45 pesos) or take a collectivo (little trucks that function like buses usually 7 or so pesos depending on how far you go). This town is great for walking too.

Late check out available on a case by case basis for an extra fee depending on how long you need to stay. We cannot guarantee a late check out will be available.
Please note as of February 10, 2022 Phase 2 construction directly behind the building has begun. You need to expect noise disturbances every working day. Price has been adjusted to compensate.
