About this apartment rental
Basement apartment. Completely separate from main home. Walk out entrance. Amazing view of Tooele Valley. Perfect for business trip or visiting family. 40 minutes from Salt Lake City and the airport . 1 hr from Park City.
It is outside of the city, and in a quiet neighborhood.
Note : this basement apartment is located underneath a upstairs family home . There is a tendency to hear footsteps and dog paws or doors opening . You WILL hear people living upstairs . We try to do our best to keep it down , but just thought I’d mention this .
And unfortunately at the moment , we do not authorize pets to stay here .
For energy purposes, we like to keep the Cooling set at 72-74 and Heating 68-72.

The weather was pretty hot during our stay and the AC worked perfectly, the view was absolutely beautiful, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and eat meal prep. The home was comfortable and well‑prepared for our stay. If I had to mention one small downside, the couch sits a bit low for someone with back issues. Overall, though, it was a fantastic stay and fully deserving all five stars.

Great location on the edge of town....just up the hill with some beautiful views overlooking town, but super close all the same, so errands and quick outings for food or whatever are super easy. Would happily stay again without hesitation.
