Idyllic vacation home 200 meters from Schwarzer See, with a large terrace—surrounded by nature

Experience an unforgettable vacation in our cozy vacation home with a large terrace. Located just 200 meters from Lake Schwarzer and the swimming area, it sits on the outskirts of Schwarz. Enjoy the peace and nature of the Mecklenburg Lake District with the comfort of a wood-burning stove, as well as access to a rowboat and an infrared sauna. The house accommodates up to 4 people (2+2) across 60 m² and 2 floors. Relax on the new, large, furnished, and fenced-in terrace with a grill, fire pit, and lounge chairs, while your children have fun with the wide selection of toys available both indoors and outdoors. The house is especially child- and pet-friendly. A small, lockable shed next to the house—perfect for storing bicycles, for example—is available for your use. Wi-Fi and window screens are also standard features.
