The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting; a tennis pro is on hand daily for lessons or game improvement coaching.
The large swimming pool ideal for “laps” and also for small children water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.
One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

This rental was comfortable, clean and very quiet. It is a home away from home. The unit is well-appointed with comfortable furnishings and attractive wall art. It was well-stocked with dishware and cookware and all appliances and equipment needed for cooking, plenty of towels and linens. There are comfortable beach chairs and a corner lanai for enjoying the quiet and outdoor breezes. There are community grills that were always available when needed. Here is a beach just steps away. It is a perfect home away from home,

It was a great location, just steps to a beach for the sunset. Condo was well equipped. Convenient to many places. Be aware it is 2 stories. Both bedrooms are upstairs with one bathroom. The 2nd bathroom was downstairs. Ok for a family not so great for 2 adult couples. We made it work with one couple using the downstairs bathroom. I recommend this property.

We had a great time on the Big Island and would stay here again. Our kids were comfortable in their own twin bed, and the king bedroom was large. Air conditioning is a must for us when we come to Hawaii, so we were very comfortable. We appreciated the boogie boards, beach umbrella, and beach chairs too. The pool was great, and we played pickleball quite a bit too.
