An amazing location, super relaxing and just beautiful all around. We stayed at one of the Elite bungalows and we couldn’t have picked a better vacation spot. The room, the view, the food, drinks, and the staff were all exceptional! We’ll definitely visit again!

The hotel is nice, but I wouldn’t visit again. The bungalows are dated and the water below is murky and filled with seaweed. We couldn’t use the beach, because of the seaweed. They were working hard to try and remove it, but it didn’t work.
The food is delicious, but the menu doesn’t change much, so after 3 days, we were bored with the food options.
There were ants in our room, so we called the front desk and they sent someone to spray the room. The fumes caused me to itch all over, so that was stressful and unfortunate.
They don’t offer many activities. A DJ at the pool would be nice.
Overall, it was a very quiet vacation, but not worth the hefty price.

The meals were exceptional at Palafitos with their 5 star resturant. We were pampered the whole stay. One exception is be on the lookout for the massage prices at the Spa. Massages are way over priced yo the point of being market ridiculous. However the gym and hydrotherapy areas are excellent.
