About this house rental

Unique 1700's House/Barn compound that is perfectly located walking distance to Boardwalk Beach and Sandwich shops and restaurants. House can sleep up to 14 and is perfect for family getaways. Outdoor heated pool and lovely yard for family fun. A casual atmosphere on this fun and modern property. Affectionately named the Jelly House, it has history and many spaces throughout the property to make vacation memories.

The host and house were great! I’ve rented places where the pictures look much better than the actual house and this is not the case with this lovely rental! Everything was lovely and yet also comfortable. We did a girls trip and felt the location was convenient. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms! So many of us loved the decor we spent one morning trying to find the same pieces online. Great place!

Corn hole, spike ball, outdoor (!) ping pong, badminton, fire pit, bikes, hot tub, gorgeous pool, beautiful landscaping—what isn’t to love about this place?! Plenty of space indoors and out to spread out, coffee shop steps away, nice historic town, shops, beach less than a mile away on a lovely walk. We had a great week. Host responds very quickly, too, and check-in is easy. House was clean and well- appointed. We were happy vacationers.

The main house is very cute and well appointed. Unfortunately, the barn smelled very musty and we had an ant problem.
