About this house rental

A complete property located 4 minutes down a paved road from the main road between EL PEÑOL and GUATAPE. Situated in one of the most sought-after villages in the region. Spectacular views. Lake access 500 meters away. The property consists of a main building and a house, with 3 parking spaces. Surrounded by common areas such as a rooftop terrace, a store, and a coworking space with two Wi-Fi networks. There’s also a hammock area and a garden lounge where you can build bonfires. There are also observation decks, a kitchen in each apartment, and an open-air kitchen. One hot tub on a separate terrace and one inside each property. Just a 10-minute drive from town, you’ll have access to delivery services for prepared meals or ingredients to cook on-site. We have Direct TV and Netflix.

We rented the entire property for my family and I and we enjoyed the amazing views and gorgeous amenities. We were greeted at check in and the workers were all very nice and attentive throughout our stay. The place is located in the backroads, I wouldn’t say it’s accessible for walking so I’d suggest hiring a driver like we did or plan accordingly to call a taxi. Overall amazing placel
