This gorgeous modern property has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, bedroom#2 has a queen size bed, bedroom#3 has 2 queen sized beds and #4 has 3 twin beds. With the sofa bed it can accommodate a maximum of 11 people. In the backyard there's an exclusive patio with a propane bbq and seating arrangements to enjoy time with family and friends. This fully furnished home includes white linens and white towels, we like to keep it as clean as possible.

The neighborhood is great because it's in a quiet residential area but there are restaurants and bars close by. South Beach is approximately 20-25 minutes away and Brickell just 10-15 minutes.

The airport is 15 minutes away. My recommendation is rent a car or Uber/Lyft, free parking is included.

Be respectful to neighbors, no loud music (particularly after 10 pm), any damage to the property must be reported immediately, no illicit activities, no smoking indoors. If any rules are broken the security deposit will not be returned.
