Step inside 37 Ocean Point. A luxury five bedroom, five bathroom home in the Ocean Point neighborhood of the Wild Dunes community. Located at the very end of Wild Dunes, Ocean Point is highly sought-after due to its privacy, stunning and expansive beaches, proximity to the golf course, and absolutely beautiful community pool! All of which you will have 180 degree views from inside of the home.
With three stories and almost 4,000 square feet of living space, there is more than enough room for the entire family! Upon entering the home from the second level, you'll be greeted with a bright, open living space and gorgeous views of the Atlantic. The fully equipped kitchen, wet bar, and dining space are all open concept and flow seamlessly with the living room. Step out onto the covered porch to enjoy a meal or a glass of wine with an ocean breeze. Perfect for spending time in the evenings after a long day at the beach or by the pool! Also on the main level, you'll find the first of five bedrooms, a queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom (Bedroom #1).
From the main level, take a flight of stairs to the third floor where three other bedrooms reside. On the oceanside of this floor, you'll find the sprawling master suite (Bedroom #2) with the most stunning views of the ocean, golf course, and community pool via the 180 degree floor-to-ceiling windows. Every morning you'll be greeted by this absolutely breathtaking sight. The seating area in the master offers even more ways to enjoy the scenery. Attached to the master is the en-suite bathroom complete with soaking tub, double sinks, and shower. Two additional queen bedrooms (Bedrooms #3 & #4) with en-suite bathrooms can be found on this floor as well!
Last on the tour is the ground level. After taking the staircase down to the lowest level, you'll greeted by the built-in office space in the hallway. Perfect for those members of the group that still need to get a bit of work done while they're on vacation! Another queen bedroom (Bedroom #5) is just down the hall, as well as the bonus room that could be used as an optional sixth bedroom. The queen bedroom offers an added trundle bed and the bonus room does have two twin beds that can be set up prior to your arrival upon request!

**The City of Isle of Palms recently announced that they will be conducting a beach renourishment project designed to restore and protect the island's shoreline. The work is planned for July - November 2026, specifically this area July to mid-August. During your summer vacation, you may see construction equipment, pipelines, or temporary work zones on portions of the beach. Work areas will move throughout the project, and beach access may be adjusted in localized sections while construction is underway.**
**The Ocean Point community pool will be closed from October 5, 2026 through March 2027 while the pool and pool deck undergo renovations. Guests may also experience noticeable construction noise during the renovation period.**

Our properties DO NOT have access to the Wild Dunes Resort Pools or Fitness Center. It does have access to the Ocean Point Community Pool, which is open during the warmer months.
Other activities on the Isle of Palms include, golfing at Wild Dunes, IOP recreation center (tennis, pickleball, cardio room), kayaking, dolphin watching, crabbing and fishing, walking along the three mile stretch of sandy beach, combing the shoreline for shells and other treasures, or just simply enjoying the island life.

Although this is not the responsibility of the owner, the managament company totally dropped the ball on the easiest point of the guest experience.The gate code to get into the property was wrong. We had to call the management co after a long day of travel and wait for them to call back to give us the correct gate code.Then the door code was wrong. Again a call, then walked to the back of the house and the door code worked.You would think that a mgmt company would at least be able to get this correct on the paperwork and instructions.

Our family was in Charleston for our son’s CofC graduation. The home was amazing. Accommodations were perfect. Beautiful views of the golf course and ocean. Kitchen was well equipped and excellent for family meals. Great common areas and excellent room suites. Highly recommend the property.

My fam of siblings ages 60 to 80 got together for a short reunion. We all fell in love with the house, the location and the view. We spent lots of time chatting on the veranda, cooking and even anticipating Hurricane Milton. Everything was lovely, and we are hoping to return.
