About the space:
Walk into the spacious downstairs living area that has an expansive living room featuring a sofa sleeper, smart TV and throw blankets. The kitchen is located off the front entryway and has stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space to cook a meal in as well as a dining nook with a table set for four. Small appliances include a Keurig coffee maker, milk frother, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle and blender. Enjoy a cozy reading corner with a comfy chair, side table and reading lamp. The half bath is conveniently located downstairs. Washer/dryer is near the garage entrance with dryer sheets and laundry detergent.

All three bedrooms are located on the second story. The spacious primary bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and smart TV. The primary bathroom has dual vanity sinks and a massive walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms feature one queen size and one full size bed as well as smart TVs. The guest bathroom upstairs has a tub/shower combination. Each bathroom is equipped with hair dryers, luxury towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hand soap, makeup washcloths and more.

There’s a quaint fenced patio off the living room with a patio table and chairs set for four.

We have a strict NO pet policy here. Please leave your furry friends at home. Any guests who do not abide by this rule will be asked to leave or incur a fine of $500.
