Everything about this single family house is top of the line, first class, and immaculate clean. This is a 6 bedroom with 4.5 bath at the Solterra Resort.
This unit has a private pool that can be well used by the whole family, kids, and friends. Our beds have very comfortable mattress and pillows for you to rest after a long day in one of the theme parks. For your convenience, we also provide linens and towels. The unit also has a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and prepared for use. The bathrooms are stocked with amenities for your personal need, but only for the first days. The house also has Cable TV and wi-fi internet.
Conveniently located, this house is only 12 minutes from Disney World. Restaurants and Gas Stations are just around the corner. It is also walking distance to the Club House.
You will have access to the Club House, Pools, Lazy River, Jacuzzi, Restaurant/Bar, Gym, Basketball Court, Volleyball Court, with no extra fee. You will also have free parking!!
By the time of your check-in, the house will be clean for you and your family. Daily cleaning is offered, however can be done for an extra fee.

The home was nice and as it was described. There were very few towels for 6 bedrooms and no wash clothes. The walls could use cleaning or a fresh coat of paint. There was a bag of trash inside and a used pan in the oven from the previous guest. We found pieces of balloons in the pool. The manager was responsive until they charged me for some sheets and I asked what it was for because we didn't take any and then I got silence. The grill on the pool deck was uncovered so we thought it was included; however I got a charge after our stay for the grill. The ad could be more clear on what additional expenses are. The clubhouse was a nice amenity and the security guards were all very nice. Overall we had a good time.

Nice layout. Beware of the fine print. Wasn’t happy about having to pay almost $200 to turn the heat on in the hot tub because it was cold. Was not happy about the ants that appeared in several of the downstairs rooms. Was told by the property manager that someone would be out to spray but we never saw them. By the end of the week the tiny ants started to appear in the living room. Had issues with getting logged onto a couple of the TV’s. It repeatedly signed us off and signed another user on for some odd reason. All in all a great stay.
