Hi …place was super clean and decorated nicely…the kitchen had everything you need to cook…and a nice dishwasher..the bathrooms were stocked with fresh towels…the beds were comfortable…we thought we would be able to fish off their dock according to the pics, but the water level is way down…and the docks were not useable. So that was the only bummer…but the house was great…we fished at community park and rotary park…it worked out ok. Overall I would say this place was really nice

We had a great stay at Frances place. It was a great location and it was nice being on the water. The house is adorable and nicely decorated. The towels are so soft. Would definitely recommend to others.

Staying here has been the best part of our last 3 summers. It had everything we could ever need. You just can’t beat the location on the river. We are already planning our next trip. Thank you!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Super cute, clean, comfortable home with all the amenities, large patio and private dock. Great location on the river and amazing host. Perfect for our girls trip!
