It is important to note that Aqua Vista Tenerife has a maximum occupancy limit. In the event that additional guests arrive without prior notification, we reserve the right to remove the entire group from the accommodation.

Bookings may be canceled if guests fail to comply with our house rules or other obligations. We kindly ask all guests to thoroughly review and adhere to the house rules to ensure a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
No smoking inside the apartment; smoking is permitted only on the terrace.

HOUSE RULES


As hosts, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy home. To help us achieve this, we would truly appreciate it if you could follow these house rules and confirm that you have reviewed them. Thank you in advance, and we truly appreciate your cooperation!

• Keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m.
• NO parties or events; no illegal activity or inappropriate antisocial behavior
• Smoking is not permitted inside the home; smoking is allowed only on the terrace. Extra cleaning fees to remove odors and stains may be charged.
• PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be charged.
• Please leave the place tidy and free of trash upon your departure; if a more thorough cleaning service is required, an extra fee will be charged.
• PARKING: Free parking is available in front of the complex.
• The BBQ is for the exclusive use of guests staying at the home; you may not invite others to the home, as this will be considered hosting a party. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If the grill is left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. You will also need to provide your own wood and charcoal for the BBQ, as these are not supplied.
Please do not use the barbecue after 10:00 p.m.
• Please be aware that, from time to time, we may leave behind consumables such as condiments or snacks left by previous guests if they are not empty. We do our very best to ensure that these items are not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests’ discretion and judgment to consume these items if they wish. The host assumes no responsibility for these items.
• This is a family-oriented and child-friendly home; however, children and infants must be under the active supervision of a parent or guardian at all times. You are solely responsible for their care, including their personal belongings and needs.
• Please do not rearrange our furniture.
• If you would like to host an event (not a party), please speak with us about it first.
• If guests are found to have held a party without the host’s permission, resulting in additional cleaning, guests will be responsible for the extra cleaning charges. Furthermore, in the unfortunate event that the disturbance alerts neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
• If guests are suspected of possessing and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be contacted, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
• Please let us know immediately if anything is not working properly so it can be fixed. However, you will be responsible for paying for any damages or missing items before departure.
• For fire prevention and safety—please do not leave any electrical appliances turned on when they are not in use or when you are leaving for the day. This includes air conditioners, fans, hair straighteners, and portable device chargers
• The pool area closes at 8:00 p.m. To avoid injury, do not dive or run in the pool area. Children are not allowed in the gated swimming pool area without an adult actively supervising them on-site for safety reasons and to act as a lifeguard in an emergency. No drinking glasses or bottles are allowed in the pool area—only plastic items are permitted.
• Lastly, because this is a vacation rental community—not a hotel—and it is also my home, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our belongings)
