Close to the Mercantour park and the lake of Allos (the highest natural lake in Europe at 2000 m altitude with its marmots, chamois and natural mountain fauna!
Numerous hiking trails near the resort.
Easy family rado at the source of the Verdon
or for the more experienced, on the Col d'Allos.
Artificial lake + beach in Allos village 10 km away with many water activities for children.
IN HIVERS:
Espace Lumière ski area: 180 km of slopes with Pra-Loup resort link.
FROM THE STUDIO:
Ski-in ski-out and all shops at the foot of the building.
Private ski locker and large free parking on the side of the building.
Non-smoking accommodation.
Pets not allowed.
Sleeps 4: A BZ 2-seater memory foam mattress 140 x190 cm in the main room + 2 bunk beds for children or teenagers in the independent mountain area.
Ideal couple with two children or three adults, a child or teenager!
Plenty of storage space with quality Savoyard style wooden furniture, mountain atmosphere guaranteed!
AVAILABLE:
Oven plus oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, raclette and fondue set, kettle, electric hairdryer, duvets and pillows provided.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
A deposit check of €500 and €50 for cleaning will be requested when you hand over the keys.
Deposits returned if the apartment is returned in the same condition as on arrival.
