About this house rental

Welcome to the beautiful Avocado Tree Guesthouse. Feel at home and enjoy 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms feature queen sized beds, and ample closets.

Enjoy cooking in the well-equipped kitchen or watching Netflix/Disney+ on the cozy couch. Washer and dryer are inside the unit. You will have your own private entrance and will not be sharing the interior or exterior areas because they are separate from the main house. The exterior is a beautiful space with a cozy lounge area in the patio with a table as well as a BBQ for your enjoyment.

Conveniently located near Old Town Orange and Chapman University, 15 minutes away from The Outlets at Orange, Fashion Island outdoor mall, South Coast Plaza. Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm, 5 minutes from Peter's Canyon and some of the best hiking trails in Orange County. Close to numerous restaurants, microbreweries, grocery stores, shopping centers and public transportation.
