Wake up refreshed in this elegant four-bedroom tropical paradise, located directly across the street from the beach. This unique house consists of two separate units, one on top of the other. Each unit comes fully stocked with a kitchen, living room, and amenities, providing two private suites equipped with everything you need to enjoy the island.

Treasure Island, located along the Gulf of Mexico, boasts white sandy beaches, pristine waters, welcoming people, unique restaurants, and family-friendly attractions, making it the perfect destination for your next vacation.
The house is located bayside with beach access only a couple hundred feet away from the doorstep. This property also has a dock on the bay, so if you would like to bring your own jet skis or boat, then this is the perfect property for you. There is also a landing about 0.25 miles from the house. Perfect! If you don't have a boat, then there are plenty of places to find affordable boat rentals that will give you the convenience to reach places. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the gulf and the soothing sounds of the waves as you venture out to explore more and discover what the neighboring attractions have to offer.
If you love watching sea animals, then you will have a spectacular chance to get up close with manatees at the Sunset Vista Trailhead Park. Don't be surprised if you see one pass by while you are bobbing on the sandbar. But it doesn't stop there. Beautiful property, true to photos. Ideal location with short walk to beach, walk or drive to nearby restaurants, ice cream, jet ski rentals. Our daughter loved fishing off the dock! Annie so sweetly helped get her fishing gear, so kind and helpful. Well appointed kitchens, fully equipped for all needs. We have stayed in many locations over the years as a family and this was the cleanest and most well supplied. Just a short drive into downtown St Pete for even more fun! Great stay, we look forward to staying again!! Thank you Annie, Julie, and Savannah

This stay was for my college friend annual girls' trip. We've been doing these trips for years and was our first time to this part of Florida. We were very impressed with all the thoughtful touches with lined hooks with bath towels and wash cloths, beach towels, etc. The home was spotless, the decor was thoughtful & beachy, beds were comfy and there's lots of outdoor seating to accommodate everyone which we took advantage of by enjoying coffee in the morning and wine in the evening before heading out to dinner. The location is great as you're walking distance to restaurants, the grocery store and the beach. If you're not up to walking and don't have a car, Uber/Lyfts are easy to get and not much $ because you're minutes away from everything. Since we've never been to the area, asked for recommendations and received several within moments of asking. Highly recommend Caddy's...good food, live music, fun atmosphere and on the beach. We liked it so much, we went back for a beach day as you can rent beach chairs/umbrellas (through Caddy's or through a separate company that will drop stuff off for you to set up).

This was the perfect location for us and our family, who traveled from North Carolina. We were looking for a place near Caddy's, where we planned my daughter's high school graduation party. The house was within walking distance to Caddy's, making it incredibly convenient. It was immaculate and just as described in the listing.
We belong to a nearby boat club and were able to dock a boat on Saturday and two jet skis on Sunday. The kids had an absolute blast fishing from the dock. We needed nothing during our stay, but the communication before arrival was great, and the check-in directions were clear.
Highly recommend!
