Location, location! 25 Minutes to NYC! This newly renovated 2nd floor apartment with its modern chic décor has everything you need in one place: Our bright and airy apartment was beautifully decorated for function and comfort for weary travelers, adventurers, and families. From the comfortable sofa to the Zinus queen size memory foam mattress and lounge chair in your bedroom, you will have plenty of options to curl up with our fur throws and enjoy a good book or some Netflix!
The bright and sunny brand new fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. There is a ceiling fan as well. Complimentary coffee, tea, & creamer will be provided!
You will find an equally inviting and beautifully decorated living room and dining area, with a 65-inch Smart TV, for you to connect to your own online streaming media accounts, free Wi-Fi, and a designated dining area, perfect for getting some work done, or enjoying a quiet meal. My musicians can feel free to pick up the guitar and play something!
The large bedroom is drenched in natural light, but also has blackout blinds for your convenience, a new queen size bed, two new bedside lamps with hotel style USB adapters, a dresser with plenty of draws, an amazing walk-in closet with built-in storage, which includes hangars. You will also find a large smart TV, equipped with an Amazon firestick. The iron and ironing board are in the closet. There is also a beautiful new ceiling fan, in addition to a window AC unit for staying cool. You also have two large mirrors to see how fabulous you are!
The bathroom shower is a bathtub/shower combo. It is also drenched in natural light. You will be provided some shower essentials as well!
It is situated on a quiet tree lined street, in a lovely residential area, away from the commotion, but close enough to all the popular spots. If you want to enjoy the peace and quiet, you are welcome to enjoy our outdoor patio set for some relaxation.
There’s space to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. We will provide an air mattress and pump, and the 4th person can be accommodated on a floor mattress.
You will have a separate, private entrance, with self-check in, and there is plenty of street parking right outside your door. All space in the apartment is for the full use and enjoyment of guest. This is a two-family home with quiet tenants living in the downstairs apartment, who also have a separate entrance.
The apartment is minutes away from ALL major highways including Route 17, Route 80, Route 46, Route 4, and Garden State Parkway.
Conveniently located within minutes to 5 major hospitals, including Valley Hospital, Saint Joseph’s Medical Center, Hackensack Medical Center, Englewood Medical Center as well as major universities, including William Paterson University.
NYC is a quick 20-minute ride! 10-minute drive to the American Dream Mall and MetLife Stadium, home of the NY Giants & NY Jets, 7-minute drive to Garden State Plaza Mall/Willow brook Center Mall. It is a 5-minute ride to the train station.
For the nature lovers, you will find picturesque Hiking & Biking trails just 20 minutes away in Ramapo State Forest, and for an even closer experience you can spend some time at Goffle Brook Park, located in the heart of Hawthorne, just 5 minutes away, where you can enjoy a scenic, leisurely walk among the sprawling greenways, duck pond, and even enjoy some snow day sledding! Small town fun awaits!

The place was in a great location. Minutes from train station to get to NYC. The place was a bit dusty but overall surfaced cleaned pretty well.

We stayed at Stephanie’s place while visiting family nearby in Glen Rock & Lodi. The unit was exactly as described. Clean, with all needed conveniences. Stephanie was communicative and easy to work with. I highly recommend this location.

We were visiting Hawthorne to meet our newly born granddaughter. Location was ideal for us as it was a quick 6 minute drive to our sons. Stephanie was very helpful getting the upstairs lock resolved and continued to check in to see if we needed anything. Never had any issue with street parking. Felt safe in neighborhood.We had to adjust to narrow streets with cars parked on both sides as we were nervous about hitting vehicle side mirrors. Appreciated having a few extra accessories, shaving cream, plenty of towels for our 9 night stay for 3 as well as extra blankets and pillow in storage area. This home had old time charm with remodeled kitchen and bath.Stairs took a bit to get use to with the steep and shallow steps but we adapted and used hand rail. Highly recommend, 30minute max drive to Yankee stadium or downtown NYC. Easy drive to Liberty Park and the American Dream Mall.

Stephanie's little apt. is just exactly like her pictures. It is cute, clean and quiet. It was really hot the first part of my stay and I thought the room acs might be an issue, but no. They were just fine. The little apt was better than a hotel, b/c there was a living/dining area, a bedroom - very cozy, a nice bathroom and a cute kitchen. Everything was clean and new.
I had non-trivial issues with the smart lock every night, but once I navigated it for the evening, I definitely felt safe and secure. Parking was fine - as Stephanie said there is street parking and there were always open spots. From the picture, I did think I was staying in the main house. Instead, the apt. was on the side of the house and up a quite steep set of stairs. Just a heads up if you might have mobility issues. Again, once up there, it was lovely and secure. Stephanie has everything that you might need, including a book with instructions and suggestions. One thing I felt bad for her about: she mentioned to guests to feel free to use the charger (I assume for the phone) and to please not make off with it - which unfortunately, someone had....so fortunately I had my own, but still, sad for Stephanie. I would really recommend Stephanie's place - it's not hard to get to and you will enjoy your stay.
