Things to Note:
Must be 25 or older to book.
Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement.
NO SMOKING in the house.
The house is NOT pet-friendly. Guests will be fined if there is a pet.
We do have a pool fence that we can put up upon prior request for the pool. Please note there is no alarm on the doors, and there have been no other child-proof provisions made at the home. Please watch small children and infants, and please no running throughout the house.

My daughter, her friends, and I stayed here for 5 days. We loved it. The location is great—a few blocks from Hive bakery and very close to the bridge to Palm Beach. The property was clean and well kept and the pool and outdoor space are very relaxing. The house has a very private feel because the greenery is tall and encloses the entire property. The owners and management company were friendly and accommodating. We’d stay here again!

The house is well located within walking distance of Dixie and fav casual dinning spot HIVE. Close to Norton museum and all the new west palm retail/ restaurants. Flamingo Heights is a quiet neighborhood with lovely renovated homes and new construction. A
