Stunning Savoyard Chalet, 4 Stars, 8 Guests, Fireplace, Near Aravis Slopes

This large hayloft conversion sits atop a hill In Saint Jean de Sixt with stunning views out over the surrounding Aravis mountains. With it's exceptional volumes (200m²+), high ceilings, it really has it all to guarantee and exceptional mountain experience for up to 8 adults and 2 children. The chalet was completely renovated a couple of years ago to a very high finish, with high end decor throughout and all mod cons.
On the ground floor, past the hallway that doubles as a ski fitting room, you have a laundry area with washer & dryer. Inside the chalet, you have a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom & toilet and a separate toilet in the hallway. The living space then opens up onto a cosy lounge area with chimney, games and books, a large dining area with ample seating for up to 11-12 people. You then have the fully fitted & equipped kitchen that opens out onto the balcony from where you can appreciate the commanding views out onto the surrounding Aravis mountain range. Off from the living space you have a soundproofed TV room with DVD player & Canal+ satellite subscription etc. There is then a recessed study space with sofa (that can double as an extra double bed if required). Upstairs, there are a further 3 bedrooms (3 doubles, 1 have an additional single bed) There's a shower, bath & extra toilet upstairs too together with another TV space as well as Foosball! The chalet has broadband internet. It is located a 2 min drive into the centre of the village & 5 mins into the heart of either Le Grand Bornand or La Clusaz making it ideal to enjoy both areas. Cots and highchair available on request. Sheets and towels are provided and the beds will be made up for your arrival.
This chalet does not welcome partying.
In the Winter, you'll have the whole of the Aravis resorts to choose from (220km of groomed slopes). The chalet is located 2km from the centre of St Jean, 5 km from either La Clusaz or Le Grand Bornand where you can enjoy both of their wonderful ski domains. In the Summer, the mountains are equally wonderful and offers a wide range of activities for adults and children alike: mountain biking, hikes, golf, pools and the list goes on!
We'll be happy to provide you with tips and suggestions to ensure you enjoy your stay to the fullest.
The rental rate includes the full provision of bedlinen and towels (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels etc) and beds will be made up on your arrival! A light clean is also included at the end of your stay however we do expect the property to be left clear and tidy to avoid any surprises (beds stripped, rubbish removed, dishwasher emptied, bathrooms and kitchen left clears etc)!
