About this apartment rental

- 1 Large FREE parking: One NON-PICKUP-TRUCK parking spot included, max 207", Minivan and SUV will fit perfectly fine.

- Large spacious unit: 2 baths, 2 bedrooms + Loft (aka 3rd bedroom). Total of 3 floors.

Newly renovated Boho-inspired beach home, in a tri-level 1600 sq ft condo, including a master bedroom suite, second bedroom, loft, kitchen, laundry area, living & dining rooms, and a relaxing rooftop patio. The space is light 'n bright with a coastal vibe, perfect for your beach getaway. Everything was thoughtfully designed and selected.

This property is on the NORTH side of Ocean Blvd, just walk across Ocean Blvd and you're right at the beach. One large parking included to avoid the beach-side parking chaos. The loft and living room both have big 4k TVs, perfect for sports/movie night after a beach day with your kids.

Both bedrooms include a desk and chair, to let you comfortably work from home with the fast and stable 300mbps wi-fi. This is a 3-level condo unit, which makes it great for each guest to have your own space within the large 1600 sq ft. Please be aware that there are 2 sets of stairs within the unit. All bedrooms feature a TV, with huge 4k TVs in the living room and loft.

CENTRAL & SAFE LOCATION: Walkable to downtown LB, the marina (Shoreline Village), The Pike Outlets, Aquarium of the Pacific, Bixby Park (yoga spot), Belmont Shore, restaurants on Broadway and 4th Street. Electric scooters and city bikes can be rented from 2 blocks away via common apps. In case you're not familiar with LB, north of Broadway or within downtown LB could be sketchy at night, and anywhere next to the beach is safe but parking could be challenging. This is in a safe neighborhood with dedicated parking spot in a closed garage. This property is on the NORTH side of Ocean Blvd (closest blvd to beach) just cross the street to get to the beach. The unit is facing NORTH, away from Ocean Blvd traffic.

1 FREE PARKING (i.e. no extra charge):
Pickup truck will not fit, do not book this property if you must arrive in a pickup. ON-SITE PARKING: one spot, max 205" length, fits large sedan or SUV without a roof rack. Notify host in advance if your vehicle is large. Street parking is only partially available from 7am to 4pm, you will NOT find street parking outside of these hours as 100% of spots will be filled up by 4pm. However once parked on the street, you can leave your vehicle parked there for several days. Street cleaning is once a week, see SpotAngels app. If you have a 2nd vehicle, you'd have to find a street parking before 4pm and leave it there for several days at a time.

Ground floor - building shared garage. Building has elevator.
1st floor - 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms + laundry. See floor plan.
2nd floor - MAIN UNIT ENTRANCE. Living+Dining+Kitchen. Powder room / toilet. See floor plan.
3rd floor - Loft aka 3rd bedroom with room divider curtain. Access to patio. See floor plan.
There are 2 sets of interior stairs, inside the unit.

- No discount. No price haggle. Your reservation will be auto declined if you ask for a discount.
- # of guests MUST match reservation, strictly reinforced at all times
- No parties, quiet hours 11pm-8am.
- No pets.
- No shoe policy, new disposable slippers will be provided.
- No smoking or vaping indoor and in the building. Smoking allowed on rooftop patio.
- Note: MULTIPLE smart wifi smoke detectors installed. $500 smoking penalty fee, no exception. Do not book if you intend to smoke indoor.
- No street parking. 1 free on site parking. No pickup truck.
- 14+ days/Long Term Stays: Limited supplies are complementary and provided for your convenience, guest is responsible for purchasing refills as needed. Instacart grocery delivery is available.

ELECTRICITY CHARGES
Up to $200 per month of electricity is covered. You are responsible for any excess usage above $200 per month. It is plenty and unless you leave AC on all day long 24 hours, you should be well below the limit.

SUPPLIES:
One-time starter supplies provided.
For longer stays more than 2 weeks, you are responsible for buying refills for toilet paper, paper towel, soap, shampoo, coffee, dish and clothes detergent

CHECK-IN:
IMPORTANT!!! A simple, straight-forward identity check done by reputable 3rd party app must be completed prior to check-in. Owner will meet you at the property within check-in hours to verify ID and give you a welcome tour of the property.

NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURE
After check-in, no refund for early departure - request for an earlier checkout will strictly follow VRBO reservation policies and host has the full right to decline these requests. VRBO commission fees are non-refundable and is a policy set by the company, not the host.

We had such a nice stay here! The host was really friendly, and the house looked just like the photos. Super clean and well organized. I especially loved the high ceilings and the rooftop bar. The location was just a short walk to the beach. The area felt really safe, with lots of people out jogging, biking, and walking their dogs. I also loved that there were restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. My husband and I had a great time here, and I’d definitely recommend this place. We’d love to come back someday!
