Upon arrival it was evident the owner did not check if the property was cleaned before our stay. I believe he quoted a misunderstanding/mixup of our stay dates. The beds were slept in and unmade, there was food in the kitchen, used towels in the bathrooms and a filthy floor. The location was ideal for our plans but we were unable to stay and our whole family was beyond stressed looking for a new property

We only slept there as we spent all waking hours at our son's home in the neighboring development. Trash cans on the street were overfilled when we arrived as well as when we left; we wondered if neighbors might be using them as they are less than happy that a VRBO is in their neighborhood.

Very convenient location to the high school. Well established neighborhood. The cleanliness could have been better but the host was very responsive to our issues and needs.
