Bedroom offers a full sized bed with French doors, living room furnished with a sleeper sofa, dining table and desk. Step outside to numerous restaurants, shops, and cafes. Brookline Village D line stop is a 3 min walk, bus lines with direct access to Longwood Medical hospitals found across the street. This unit is ready to be your next new short term home.

After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.
Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.
Parking is available at $250/mo. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot.
Please note , for any stays 28 days and longer an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged.
Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.
Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.
There is a $150 lost key fee.
