About this apartment rental

Stay in comfort at this modern condo located in beautiful historic downtown Hammond. You will have a delightful stay while being located in walking distance from popular coffee shops, neighborhood park, and numerous trendy restaurants and bars. This location is less than 1 mile from SELU campus. Enjoy college sporting events, walking paths, numerous festivals and events throughout the year as well as a farmer's market on Saturday.

Everything was perfect but it had some cleanliness issues. I brought it up to the owner and he responded extremely quickly about a new cleaning company and handled it very fast. Will stay there again.

The condo was very clean but cheaply furnished. Beds were very comfortable but living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable. Walls are paper thin and neighbors were very loud. Abandoned building next door had what appeared to be homeless people hanging out.
