It is full of character, very safe, with many shops, bars and restaurants, very traditional and modern at the same time and very central location inside Macarena Neighborhood surrounded by the old Roman Fortification of Seville City Center. Master bedroom very bright with comfortable Queen Size Bed Memory Foam Coolmax HD with ensuite bathroom, cupboard and two outside balconies double glazing to Beautiful Plaza Moravia. Second bedroom is more peaceful inside with twin beds, cupboard, and private bathroom in the hallway. At ground floor, the apartment offers you a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, kettle, coffee maker and all necessary kitchen utensils. At the living room you will find an amazing Italian sofa-bed, dining table and chairs for every guest and sunny outsides windows double glazing overlooking to Plaza Moravia.

We enjoyed the apartment and the neighborhood. It was close to many things and a short taxi/Uber from others. The owner’s book was useful and well put together. Check in was very easy. We would stay there again.

We met up with our two adult children and their partners at this property in San Juliàn for a Christmas holiday together. Our flight was delayed, so we got in at midnight on Christmas morning. Ramon was worried we wouldn't find anything for breakfast, so he kindly dropped off a meal for us. The apartment turned out to be perfect for our family (the living room served as a third bedroom), and we took advantage of Ramon's sage suggestions on places to eat and places to visit. We'll treasure our memories of this wonderful Christmas Holiday in Seville. Many thanks, Ramon!
