About this villa rental
Enjoy this delightful villa with its picturesque views of the George Fazio Golf Course!
The fully equipped kitchen is well designed with granite countertops, custom cabinetry and stainless steel appliances while providing all you will need for cooking for your friends and family. At the end of the kitchen is an office space providing those on a working vacation a place to relax and finish any work you have on the back burner.
The open concept floor plans provides views of the golf course from the kitchen, living room and dining room. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably seats six guests.
The living room provides a beautiful beach-chic theme with plenty of comfortable seating for your family. The living room has a smart TV and access to your own spacious private deck.
The primary bedroom is upstairs and has a king bed and slider to private balcony overlooking the George Fazio Golf Course. The en-suite primary bathroom has a nicely designed walk-in shower with corner step.
The first guest bedroom has a king bed and its own en-suite guest bathroom. This guest bathroom is also a very nice walk-in shower.
The second guest bedroom contains two full size beds and its own bathroom as well.
Outside you'll be able to enjoy this private over-size deck with golf course views! On the private deck there are different dining and lounging options to make use of.
The beach is accessed by a ten to fifteen minute bike ride, short drive, or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy which is an on-call and seasonal beach transportation for Palmetto Dunes guests only! Inverness Village is located near the Fazio Golf Course in Palmetto Dunes. The community amenities include an on-site pool and private tennis courts. This desirable villa is close to everything wonderful that Palmetto Dunes has to offer – golfing, tennis and pickleball courts, fishing, miles of bike paths, restaurants and stores and an 11 mile lagoon for exploring nature. Overall, we had a great stay at Palmetto Dunes. Our condo was perfect for our family. The main issue we had was I purchased three parking passes and they only sent me two. When I received my welcome package in the mail, there were only two passes. I called immediately and the lady I spoke to told me to get my third parking pass at the pass gate when we came in. The lady there told me she could not because Inverness only allows two passes. We had three cars from three different families. Imagine the inconvenience we had. Please ensure I am refunded for the extra pass and correct any misunderstandings about Inverness parking for future guests.The ice machine on our refrigerator was not working. We had to buy ice due to only one ice tray available.

We loved our stay at 902 inverness. This house is super comfortable with three bedrooms, plenty of room for kids and adults. The home was very clean and felt quite new and updated. Very comfortable beds. Nice view of the golf course and very short walk to the pool. We would love to stay again!

In the past we’ve rented in Huntington, Fazio, or a house. With rental prices soaring we thought we’d try Inverness. The pool is great and we like have tennis courts at our disposal. As for the unit we thought being by the entrance might be noisy. It was not. The unit itself was nice; however, the Inverness homes are not built well. The floors squeak and creak and sound travels throughout. The unit was tastefully appointed and the bathrooms were nice. Kitchen was stocked with sufficient pans. However, the coffee maker did not work well and some of the utensils were rusted. The patio rug was moldy and green. Probably best to remove as it’s a Trex deck and wouldn’t get warm in the sun. Didn’t eat outside due to the bugs. Grill was functional but small for 6 people. Kitchen table was older with scratches and water spots as was the desk in the kitchen area. Property management was prompt in swapping out the empty propane grill. Maybe I’m used to the “old” days for rental pricing but all-in-all a bit expensive for a unit of this type with the issues I mentioned.
