Above ground pool with large deck, lounge chairs .(Open Mid May-Mid September) 3 bedrooms 2 baths, well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Family room with Roku TV and work from any where with Xfinity High speed internet. There is a 2/1 short term rental on the same property (Grey house on the right) if you need extra space, ask about availability . Come explore Rome, we would love to have you!

This lovely Property was everything Della described and MORE!!! She and Dave staged it perfectly and provided everything you could possibly want and or need during your stay; truly home away from home. Such as but not limited to the Fire Pit being stocked and ready to light, make Smores, laugh and make lasting memories.The Property is litterally minutes from everything you need in "the City" simply turn left for the beautiful historic Downtown, Broad Street, Rome or right for Walmart. All within a very short commute. This Cottage in the Country with prancing Deer in your front yard, to being minutes away from the City is ideally situated for any Visitors to Rome, Georgia. Absolutely comfortable Property from its beds, to its patio, pool and deck and fire Pit!!! Can't wait to return!!My Wife, Children and I rate it a 12 out of 10!!!

We arrived in the dark, so it was interesting finding the right house! It’s in town, but off the beaten path. Very close to Berry, which is what we needed. Easy drive to downtown. It was too cold and rainy to enjoy the deck and way too early for the pool, but it would offer lots of opportunity for outdoor time. Overall, great location. Giving a four out of five because the fridge was a little dirty at check in and the cabinets, while well stocked, were a bit scattered. Beds were comfortable. The bathrooms are small, but updated. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.
