This is an excellent location for traveling nurses/medical professionals, students, or corporate travelers working in Green Bay or commuting to Appleton or Door County.

Other rental tenants will be living in the other rental units and will be coming and going from the property during your stay. Utilities and WIFI are paid by the host and off-street parking for one vehicle, and lawn/snow care is provided.

Lovely little place. Clean and ready. Steep staircase to upper unit. Low ceilings in some areas. Minimal seating. Tall persons and those of large size will have challenges using this place.
