Welcome to our compact and cozy 3-bedroom home! Enjoy our thick memory foam beds, free Netflix in a living room with a colorfully-lit 10-ft ceiling, and cooking in a well-equipped kitchen.
Located in the heart of downtown Windsor, our home is:
✔ Steps away to the main Wyandotte street with restaurants and shops
✔ 2 min drive to the Windsor Detroit Tunnel and Riverfront Trail
✔ 5 min drive to the University
Our home features:
✔ Memory foam beds (2 full/double beds and 1 twin/single bed)
✔ High speed Wi-Fi (130mbps)
✔ 43” smart TV with 4K Netflix
✔ In-suite laundry (both washer and dryer)
✔ Free parking for 2 cars
✔ Fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, cooking utensils and cutleries
✔ Wall-mounted AC in the living room that provides both hot and cool air. In the winter, use this for heating first, before using the backup electric wall heaters in each room.
Here are some additional details to note:
⬥ Guests love our home for its downtown core location, close to many amenities. However, like most downtown areas, you may see litter or messy yards. Our neighborhood is generally safe and we haven’t had any incidents with our guests in the past, but we still advise you to lock your vehicle and keep valuables inside our home.
⬥ Our neighbors are nice and friendly people, however you may sometimes see waste bags or disorganized content in their yard. Their dog may bark, but is not dangerous. Yards outside our fences are beyond our control. All of this should not affect our space, as we make sure that our yard is clean and well-maintained for our guests.
⬥ This semi-detached house shares a wall with another household living on the other side, so you might hear some noise occasionally.
⬥ There is no dishwasher in the unit.
⬥ We provide a limited amount of basic consumables such as soap, toilet paper, paper towel, salt/pepper/sugar, tea, and coffee. Guests are responsible for items beyond what’s provided.
⬥ The unit is at the back of a 2-unit house. It is accessible through the back door with a keypad lock. The backyard is shared with the front unit.

We stayed here for a night and found this place after Suzanne recommended this one over another one of her listings that was not able to be booked due to maintenance.
This place was clean from the inside and well-kept. There was ample space for 4 people.
The best part was that this was a short 5 min walk to the waterfront which was an amazing perk.
Suzanne was a great host; clear and concise with the Dos and Do Nots. As well as instructions on where/how to park, check in, etc. - very much appreciated the diagrams.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The property is very clean and well cared for. The host and co-host were extremely responsive to our messages. We experienced one slight hiccup in that our lock froze (feels like temp was -20). I sent a message and within 10 minutes the co-host was there and resolved our problem. He then went out of his way to hand us a key in person just in case it happened again. The only minus for us was that it was a bit far from family that we were visiting hence the location three stars.
