About this apartment rental
An invitation to relax. Take a break and relax to the sound of cicadas singing in this peaceful oasis surrounded by olive trees. You will enjoy a private garden for your meals and lounging, and you will enjoy a dip in the swimming pool to cool off. You will probably come across the house cat lounging.
The house is located 3 minutes from the shops of Roquefort-les-Pins, 10 minutes from the charming village of Valbonne and from the nearest beaches. A trip to Saint-Paul-de-Vence (15 minutes), Antibes, Nice or Cannes (25 minutes) is a must.

The 50m2 double-aspect apartment is located on the ground floor without vis-à-vis and includes a large 15m2 bedroom with queen size bed and high-end mattress, a 9m2 bathroom with adjoining WC, and a living room / dining room with open kitchen of 25m2. A parking space is reserved for the apartment. The garden in front of the apartment is private and independent and includes a dining area as well as two relax chairs and a parasol.
The 10mx5m salt pool is accessible by a few stairs and is shared with our family or the people present in the main house.
