We can't wait to host you in our luxurious 3 Bedroom Condo for 7! Enjoy incredible summer days discovering Canmore and Banff or hiking in Kananaskis. In the winter, grab your skis from the on-site ski storage and head to Sunshine Village Ski Resort, Lake Louise Ski Resort, Mount Norquay, or Nakiska! There's something for everyone when you stay in our bright and spacious retreat.

Our stunning 1,500 sq. ft. single-level condo is ideally located in a quiet neighbourhood only a 10-minute walk away from downtown Canmore, and features:
• 1st Bedroom: 1 King size bed in the master bedroom, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet
• 2nd Bedroom: 1 King size bed in the secondary bedroom, flat-screen TV, closet
• 3rd Bedroom: Queen bed with a Single trundle bed underneath, small wardrobe, this room is ideal for lighter sleepers
• Living area: Fireplace (gas/electric), flat-screen TV with cable and streaming services
• Full Kitchen: Equipped with an oven, a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a full size fridge and freezer, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, and basic cooking products (salt/pepper/oil). Enjoy meals at the spacious dining table!
• Covered balcony: Step out onto your private furnished balcony to relax and enjoy the incredible mountain views. The BBQ grill here is perfect for all your grilling needs!
• 2 Bathrooms: 1 en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower, 1 bathroom in the hall with a tub/shower combo

This condo is in a great location - walkable to many places in Canmore and a great home base for Banff or Kananaskis adventures. Plenty of space for 3 of us. Would absolutely rent again. A couple things to note - the garage parking is tight - we had a midsize SUV and could fit, but it was definitely worrying backing up each day trying to be sure not to take a mirror off on the support pole next to the space. I don’t think a larger SUV would have fit. Also A/C does not work well in the bedrooms which are equipped with heat only - but works well for the main living spaces. We slept with the windows open and were OK but for those used to sleeping cool it may be an issue. Overall though, ease of check in, location, and condo in general were great - many walking and running paths right outside your door! Loved our stay!

Perfect location! Easy to walk right out to trails or to downtown for restaurants. Very quiet at night, coupled with soft sheets and good mattresses made for a great night’s sleep. Everything was very clean. About a 25min drive to Banff town. About 1hr drive to the lake shuttles. Grocery stores within 5 minute drive. Canmore town coffee and restaurants within walking distance. A nice basement level garage for parking- tight spaces but we had an SUV and were fine. It’s a nice place to come back and relax on the large patio/deck after a long day of hiking. We used the grill each night while overlooking the beautiful mountains. We didn’t personally use the hot tub but it seemed to be used pretty consistently/ you reserve 30min spots from 5pm-9pm and it’s open to all 9am-5pm.Really nice appliances, nice countertop with stools and a sturdy big kitchen table that all made eating in very nice. Kitchen utensils left a little to be desired but we made due. It was nice to have in unit laundry- they provided detergent but we had brought our own. Would recommend staying here and this area can’t be beat!
