Extra pillows, extra blankets, extra linens, and toiletries all freshly cleaned and sanitized for our guests. A gentle yet tough on stains in house washer and dryer is in place.

We have free parking for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway and the street parking is free as well.

Neighborhood is a nice mix of people and what I think of as a hidden gem in this pocket North of Central Austin. We are in a quaint and quiet neighborhood, so we DO NOT allow for any parties at our home. Please refer to the house rules for details.
There are many grocery stores (Whole Foods & HEB), restaurants, cafes, and entertainment options in the area. Our home is located within minutes from Austin’s premier destination for fashion, luxury, dining and family fun with 100+ stores and restaurants, THE DOMAIN.

We loved the place and all of the amenities, including a hot tub, pool, and game room. Comfortable beds too!

The house has been updated and is very clean. Bedrooms are large, with good beds and bedding. The master bedroom was perfect for my nephew who is a large 6'2"! We didn't use the pool, only the hot tub which was nice. The deck around the pool could use a layer of stain but overall okay. Kitchen/eating area is laid out well; the ice maker needs to be in working order. Family room is comfortable for relaxing and watching T.V.

Good: The home was cozy and the space was enough for my family of six. There is plenty beds & room for sleeping, seating, and dining. The pool and hot tub are nice amenities. The kitchen is well stocked for meal prep and coffee. Lots of lighting, spacious garage with ping pong table and washer & dryer for doing your laundry.
Bad: The master bedroom’s shower did not drain properly and would fill up with dirty water while showering. Its was pretty nasty especially since there are only two bathrooms and other people are waiting to shower. The lawn was not maintained and overgrown. It made the listed fire pit area inaccessible and the home lacked curb appeal upon arrival. We also noticed a few small bugs in a couple locations throughout the home. They could have come in from outside but we aren’t sure. The outside area near the pool gets very dark at night due to the overhanging trees. We struggled to figure out how to get the lights to work. We had to trace the wires to a socket.around the side and then work with the plugs before it powered on. It was a slight inconvenience and required us to walk into the high grass.
