Beautiful home and yard. Close to all the places we wanted to visit. We are all older and really enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood. We lived on one side of the house and she on the other, separated by a hall with our own door. We would not have known that anyone was around except for the times when I called and would ask questions. our kitchen, bath and bedrooms were very nice as was our host

Ann could not be a more accommodating host, start to finish. The guest side of the house was an ideal size for our family of four in the charming Tiverton/Little Compton area. An especially appealing feature of the main living/dining room is the end-to-end, floor to ceiling windows looking out on the well-kept garden with a panoramic view out to the Sakonnet River that's really a wide bay. When not at the ocean beach down in Little Compton, that where we swam at a very nearby town beach that felt like being on a salty lake. We very much appreciated Ann's attentiveness and kindness in response to any question.

This rental is in a quiet residential area, convenient to the Tiverton Four Corners arts and shopping district. The unit was super clean, spacious for a small family, and well appointed with amenities. The owner lives on site (two unit house with a shared entrance) and was responsive to any needs that arose, but we still felt we had total privacy. Owner was very gracious and friendly in our interactions. Tiverton is also convenient: Bristol, Providence, Newport are all about 30 minutes away by car. Would definitely return and enthusiastically recommend for anyone looking in this area!
