About this house rental
Our home is located close to East Harwich shopping centers, restaurants, and Pleasant Bay for boating, fishing, and swimming. The warm water beaches of Nantucket sound are a quick 10 minute drive. Our house is also located in between Downtown Chatham, Harwich Port, as well as Orleans Town center with many great options for shopping and dining at each.
The first floor features an open concept kitchen, living and dining area along with a primary bedroom with a private bath. Also on the first-floor is laundry, a pantry closet, and a powder room. The second floor has three large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a loft area with television and games. Outside features an outdoor shower, patio with couch to relax as well as a grill and dining table to eat outside.
While we do love dogs, we do NOT allow any pets at this property. This rule will be strictly enforced.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. The home was just as shown in the listing. The four of us adults enjoyed the location and the layout of the home. The home was well appointed and beautifully decorated. We found the neighborhood quiet. We enjoyed the grill, and playing cornhole in the soft grass of the backyard. It was easy to come and go from this location. The check-in and check-out procedure was very organized and swift. Much appreciated. We hope to return as it was a wonderful stay.

We had the pleasure of spending Memorial Day weekend at this rental property, and let me tell you, it's an absolute gem! This stunning retreat effortlessly blends modern luxury with comfort, creating an unforgettable experience. It is also super convenient to beach, parks, restaurants, and supermarkets, all within 10 minutes driving.
This is an almost brand-new house, built in 2022, still has that delightful new house smell. Every corner is tastefully decorated, and the art frame-like TVs add a touch of elegance to the space.
Calling all chefs! The kitchen is a dream come true with its high-end appliances and cookware, all in brand new condition.
The spacious layout provided endless fun for our kids, who thoroughly enjoyed playing hide-and-seek. With three suites and additional bedrooms, there was plenty of room for three families with kids.
Impeccable cleanliness made every surface sparkle. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the high-quality bedding and towels added a touch of luxury. The thoughtful host even provided pack & play and kid bed rails for our convenience.
This rental property made our getaway vacation dream come true. It offers beauty, convenience, and relaxation in one package. Don't miss out on this picture-perfect retreat! We're already planning our next trip and can't wait to return.
