About this apartment rental
Recently renovated and updated electrical and plumbing.Small friendly accepting community. Coffee shop across the street and bakery 3 doors down. 3 blocks from the beach. 50 feet from Beach Blvd with immediate access to shopping, restaurants and markets/parades and festivals throughout the year. Gated porch with umbrella to sit outside and watch the entertainment/ listen to light music from area entertainments (City limits to 65 db). Landlord on site.

Overall, a good stay, although she gave us the wrong code for check-in, which was her own place, and it was late at night, and we were shocked when we walked in to their place. That being said, this is a great little area just blocks from the beach, and you can hear the live music every day from the porch and having relaxation or reading time. I think she needs a welcome sheet with instructions for the TV etc, there are no screens on some of the windows which we did not like because we just mainly use windows open for ventilation, and we did not get Internet half of the time. Otherwise, I feel this is appropriate for two adults and maybe one small child, and we could cook and have a decent shower, which is what we needed. It is nice to have affordable places to stay if you’re willing to be simple, and we appreciate her price point!
