This Bohicket Marina villa is set over two levels for space and privacy. The main level living room is accented by a soaring vaulted ceiling with transom windows and an abundance of natural light. There are new hardwood floors and beautiful furnishings including a large, comfortable sectional sofa for making memories with loved ones. The dining area allows for more formal dining and there is even a bar cart for the bartender in the family. The kitchen was recently renovated with new cabinets and Corian countertops and, the most popular dining space, a separate eat-in area where you may dine with nature right outside your window! There is a high efficiency laundry center located just outside the kitchen area for your convenience.
The upstairs king bedroom suite is well appointed with a sitting area and TV, a large walk-in closet and a private ensuite bath promising a quality night’s sleep. Outside the upstairs bedroom there is a loft area with a sleeper sofa too. The second bedroom is a lovely, spacious king suite on the main level featuring a full private bath with tub/shower.

Pool Access: Bohicket Marina community pool. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House.
*Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.
Beach Access: Guests have access to the beaches on Seabrook Island. The closest access point is Boardwalk #2 on North Beach, Oyster Catcher Rd.
Pet Policy: One small dog of 35 lbs or less is permitted. Please indicate the breed and size of your dog at the time of booking. Pet fee is a minimum of $250.

I did not know it was on the 2nd floor, 12 steps straight up, not good for knee replacement. Not sure where this was listed in the property-only picture I had was of the deck looking out over the marsh. I'll double check next time. Yhe picture you sent with this email would have been helpful
