You will be greeted by natural stone feature walls, stainless steel, and glass balustrades. This grand entrance overlooks the stunning wet-edge pool, offering a picture-postcard view of the marina. This area is the focal point of the property, connecting all rooms and the pool area.
The multi-level property begins with 2 en-suited bedrooms on the upper level, each with its own balcony capturing those stunning water views. The main bedroom, situated in another wing of the home, features a walk-in wardrobe, beautifully appointed en-suite, freestanding bath, and a private outdoor shower surrounded by tropical gardens and marina views. Great location, views, and comforts. Separate living spaces and bedrooms spread out which suited a large family group. Good range of kitchen equipment for cooking which we needed due to rainy weather. Pool enjoyed by all. Very good communication and follow up by HIHA- much appreciated. Beautiful house with stunning views and the feeling of being in the treetops. Relaxing, and the perfect home away from home. Thankyou!

This house was above the main road in Hamilton Island so very noisy. Also could hear the noise from marina as well as some music from the restaurants. The internet was not great, some rooms had no wireless. The house was very dirty, curtains, walls and carpets had stains. The indoor/outdoor design also means that you need to walk through the outside staircase to get around. This was very dirty and tracked dirt throughout the house.
