Our unique “Netzschuppen” loft houses are located in Kappeln, right on the beautiful Schlei with a view of the fishing harbor.
The charming downtown area of Kappeln, with its diverse shopping options, is just a few steps away, and many restaurants are located right nearby along the harbor.

Architecture designed for comfort
Inspired by their immediate location at the fishing harbor, our five houses were designed by the award-winning Kappeln architect Gregor Sunder-Plassmann in the style of Scandinavian net sheds. The interior offers a cozy, loft-style atmosphere for architecture lovers and those who want to watch and enjoy the hustle and bustle of the harbor.
The high-quality interior design was crafted with passion, featuring warm wood floors, light colors, an abundance of natural light thanks to ample glass, and individually selected furniture.
Spanning four half-floors and covering over 100 square meters, the space includes a large living-dining area with a kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room, and a separate restroom. You can park your car directly on the open first floor.
Special vacation moments
In the morning, enjoy a leisurely breakfast while watching the sailboats set out toward the Baltic Sea or peering directly into the incoming fishing boats. In the evening, enjoy a delicious meal at a nearby restaurant, take a stroll along the harbor, and then, with the glass front open, enjoy the view of the water with a glass of wine as you wind down the evening. What a wonderful setting for a vacation!

Spanning four half-floors and over 100 square meters, the space features a large living-dining room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room, and a separate toilet. The high-quality interior design was created with passion—featuring warm wooden floors, light colors, an abundance of natural light thanks to ample glass, and individually selected furniture.
You can park your vehicle directly on the open first floor.
The price includes bed linens, towels, and toiletries. Toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, shampoo, and Nespresso capsules for the Söstrand coffee machine are provided as a starter kit but will not be restocked!
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
