As advertised. Very clean & comfortable. Convenient to the Disney parks, Sea world, Universal, etc. Perfect for two small families for a week. I ranked the neighborhood 3 stars only because there are a lot of cars on the street, so driving can be challenging. Parking is limited to one car in the driveway (thus the street parking). Be prepared to bring cleaning supplies (dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, etc. - not a criticism, just an observation). The in-house washer & dryer was quite convenient. Pool was fun, but smaller than the picture made it appear, at least to me. Check-in information isn’t available until check-in time so internet access/smart phone at the time was a must. Instructions for the tv remotes/cable/streaming and the light switches/lamps would be helpful. Overall enjoyed our stay!m & would definitely return!

Great experience with this place. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and cleanliness. We had a great family Disney trip. I would definitely would recommend this place!
