Spacious, modern and stylish apartment in 11th floor of prestigiuos skyscraper HELIOS CITY building with beautiful views to Vilnius center, old town and green park.
On ground floor of the building you will find: three restaurants of Lithuanian, Russian and Asian food, pharmacy, IKI food store, SEB bank, cash machine and some other stores. The house is guarded day and night by always on-duty guards, so it's very safe.
Vilnius airport is only 5 km (10 min) and railway station 3 km (6 min) by car. Walking distance (about 10 -15 min) to Vilnius old town and the city. Bus stop is just across Savanoriu street. Big supermarket RIMI with nice pizzeria PIZZA JAZZ and some other stores just two minutes by feet. The largest cinema Coca-Cola Plaza in Lithuania is next to the Helios City building.
Free Wi-Fi internet (300 Mb/s), Cable-TV, Air conditioning in every room, underground parking space for 1 car, elevator. Apartment is equipped with the high quality household appliances (TV, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, steam iron, refrigerator). It has TV/lounge area with modern kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, balcony, laundry and 3 separated sleeping rooms: two rooms have double beds and one room has sofa-bed. The apartment is suitable for family or group of max 7 people. By request some matrices can be brought for sleeping on the floor.
