Despite its proximity to the city, the beaches are relatively unpolluted and tend not to get as crowded as their counterparts near Cascais, especially as you move away from the town centre down the coast. In the summer, a small train makes numerous stops alongside the nearly 10km of beach divided up into smaller sections by the dunes, some sporting their own wooden beach bar. Bathing is popular down the whole stretch, and people regularly surf here, however it is the beaches nearest to Caparica which have lifeguards on duty in the summer. The further away from the town you venture, the more sparsely populated the beaches become and about half way along the 21 train stops.
Downtown Lisbon is 25-30 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.
Humberto Delgado International Airport (LIS) is 45 minutes away by car.
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 15:00, pending availability and confirmation.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, we will be happy to provide for an aditional
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

Liked: Very spacious apartment with a room, a living room with a big TV and a couch, a kitchen with necessary things and a bathroom. The bed was comfortable and everything needed for our stay (blankets, towels etc.) were provided. The self-check-in was also possible without problems. The apartment is also very close to cafés, the beach and a bus stop, which makes this a very good location.
Disliked: However, the third sleeping-possibility - a couch in the living room - was not comfortable to sleep on at all. It was very small and could not fit me (I'm a small person with 160cm of height and my feet were hanging off one side). And despite the good location, it was very loud throughout the night (noise coming in from the outside, like dogs barking a lot), so that sleeping was a bit hard at times.
