We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos

We are located in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area. Enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in 1 place, just across the street from our building!
Getting Around:
Ideally located close to different attractions, we are just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride anywhere!
Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

The house itself was nice, but we were disappointed with several aspects. Trouble finding it, which we called about when we got there. The building (which I know, you can't control) should list the apartment numbers where they are at, rather than have the entire building list all of the unit numbers--so we brought all of our stuff up to the top floor, which was the wrong landing. We picked this place because the pool looked so inviting and was heated. NOT. The pool wasn't heated. In fact the HOT TUB WASN'T HEATED. It was cold! We couldn't believe it. I am hoping I can send a photo, as my feet were filthy after just a couple hours of walking on the floors. The house is in dire need of mopping. We couldn't get the patio fan or light to work, even after swapping batteries around in the remote. Couldn't get the living room fan to work either.

Needs major improvement on living room furnitire. Need more TV selection .Would help to add Netflex TV or equal . Unit was very clean and maintence staff was excellent. Couldn't get in pool area.

Pros: Great location and amenities of the facility (too cold for pool use but it looked nice but we did take advantage of the nice workout/gym space). Plenty of parking available. I worked from the unit while my husband was at a work event so the desk space was great for that.
Cons: We had no toilet paper when we arrived (though contacting host we got some delivered asap) but then we found that the hand soap was refilled with water and this did not get corrected while we were there so washed our hands with dish soap. Kitchen was barely furnished, there was pretty much 2 of everything so you had to hand wash everything when you were done so you had dishes/cups/silverware to use the next time you ate. There also could have been more kitchenware (such as liquid measure cup, food containers) to properly cook and store your food. Bed was comfortable but extremely squeaky so you tried not to move much when you slept.

I stayed twice in two different locations on the property. Each apartment was missing something 1st one Blanket,Sheets, Pillows needed towels face cloths no bath mate for tube hand soap bath soap and tolit paper. The fold down couch was so uncomfortable very hard to sleep on. The gate below the unit would slam at all hours of the night hard to get good nights sleep. The same thing on the second unit no bed sheets blankets and no pillows missing coffee pan for oven. Towels for bathroom wash clothes bath mate and the kitchen faucet handed was broken. The ceiling fans would come on during the night all by them selves so I just left mine off. The filter for the A/C light kept coming that needed to be changed. Looks like someone was not doing there job. Not very happy with our stay.
